Michael S. Mills, Ed.D. (2000, University of Arkansas at Little Rock) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Central Arkansas. He researches assessment accountability and the practical uses of mobile technology,  with a particular focus on ensuring educational equity. He serves on the   SXSWedu Advisory Board and teaches a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses in teacher education.
